Flower & Plant Essences for Body ~ Mind ~ Spirit
Flower Essences hold an imprint of the sacred energy of a plant that balances body-mind-spirit.
Each flower has a unique form, smell, color, texture, taste, and vibrational energy to support healing.
To utilize the plant's unique energy pattern, flowers are picked and placed in a clear glass bowl of purified water. This is called an infusion. The infusion containing the flower's blossoms is set out in direct sunlight, or in some cases moonlight.
The energy of the light - sun or moon, extracts the energy of the blossom into the water and creates a life force pattern which reflects the character of that flower or plant. The energy pattern is stored within the flower essence and can be used for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.
How To Choose Flower Essences
Look at the photos in the books and on the labels or handouts. Choose an image and words that you are drawn to. Notice which chakra the flower is associated with.
As you read about the chakras or the flowers, notice how they relate to your own energy pattern. In doing so, you will form a new awareness of each energy center in your body.
By planting new seeds of awareness, you will naturally be drawn to create new life patterns and choices in your life for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing.
Flower Essences can work subtly or dramatically. Usually it takes time to observe and feel the gifts of flower essences and how they help make changes in your life.
Take 3-4 drops under your tongue 2-4 times per day, according to your needs and sensitivity. You may choose to take flower essences more frequently for the first few days. This may help you to heighten your sensitivity to the flower or plant, and then you can gradually reduce the number of times taken per day according to your own needs. Continue to take the essence/s as long as you wish.
